There’s more than one way to upgrade a kitchen countertop and make carbonating water more enjoyable. Here’s a short summary of the differences (and similarities) between our Carbonator 3 and Carbonator Pro sparkling water makers.
The Aarke Carbonator 3 is one of the slimmest sparkling water makers on the market, with a sophisticated design and an elegant silhouette in stainless steel.
The Carbonator Pro is a bit more distinctive on your countertop. It has a sliding cover on the front that encapsulates the glass bottle for safety, making it slightly bigger and more powerful.

The Carbonator 3 comes with a high-quality food grade BPA-free PET plastic bottle, while the Carbonator Pro has a glass bottle, which is 100% dishwasher safe. Both bottles have a sleek, Aarke-typical design to match the Carbonators’ individual characteristics.

With the Carbonator 3, you attach the PET plastic bottle to the machine, pull the handle, and see the carbonation happen in front of you in a satisfying way.
The Carbonator Pro, on the other hand, features a smooth and simple one-handed operation. Just place the Aarke glass bottle in the base, push down the cover, press the carbonation button, release, and enjoy your sparkling water beverage.

Both machines come with state-of-the-art safety mechanisms, including multiple safety valves.
The Pro has a robust protective cover that encapsulates the bottle during water carbonation, which is why it can feature a glass bottle. Without a safety chamber, glass bottles become a hazard, making PET bottles the only option for our Carbonator 3.
Both Carbonators are compatible with standardized 60 liters/425g CO2 cylinders and gas canisters available from most major brands. The CO2 cylinder is easily installed by gently pushing and screwing it into the base of the machines.
