The product is good and produces good carbonated water but I would not recommend buying direct from this company at all buy it from a retailer where you can return the goods to as the response from Support and customer service is absolutely appalling if there is a problem.

The carbonater is beautifully designed and looks great in the kitchen. It is robust and easy to use.

Upgraded to get glass bottles. Water is less fizzy than before.

Good looking carbonator, doing its job properly

Spoils a little water, but it is collected in the tray, so it does not really mean an issue. However in this price range I would expect not to have such experience. Otherwise well built, good quality.

If I knew if would be this good I would of brought one ages ago. Taste better than the best sparkling water from plastic bottles. (We use a filter with our tap water.) Looks great and easy to use.

The Carbonator Pro looks nice on the countertop, and not as bulky as I'd feared. I had the smaller Carbonator 3 for a short time before swapping it out for the pro, and while it is bulkier than the 3, for me, it's worth it. I was shocked to discover with the 3 that I'd need to buy new plastic bottles every 1-2 years (wasn't really clear from the conflicting info in the packaging). That didn't sit right with me, so I opted for the pro with the glass bottle. Having it take up a little more space on the countertop is worth not drinking from plastic bottles and having to repurchase them often.

I do wish the pro came in more colors and finishes though. But the black goes nicely with non-silver kitchen hardware like mine.

The machine works nicely, though my only complaints on function are that it drips a fair bit of water after use into the stainless steel bottle holding area, and you have to learn how long to press the button to carbonate. Too short and you don't get bubbles, too long and water flies all over the inside. Otherwise quick and easy to use.

We love our new Carbonater. It is exactly what we were looking for: great design, material, quality and a nice user experience. And all that with glass bottles. However, we can’t manage to carbonate our water without spilling. After each carbonation we have to clean the little water tray. We also tried with much less water than the mark says, but it still spills. But still, we love and totally recommend it.
