Can all parts on the Aarke Coffee Maker be cleaned in the dishwasher?

Yes. The filter basket, filter basket lid, the glass carafe and the glass carafe lid can be cleaned in the dishwasher. We recommend using a dishwasher setting with a maximum temperature of 60℃ (140 °F).

How much can I brew at once with the Aarke Coffee Maker?

The Aarke coffee maker can brew up to 10 cups of coffee, with each cup measuring 125 ml. The water tank has a capacity of 1250 ml. For optimal results, it's recommended to brew at least 2 cups (250 ml) at a time. The Aarke Coffee Maker brews a full pot in under 6 minutes.

Can I use whole beans in the Aarke Coffee Maker?

The Aarke Coffee Maker is made for brewing with ground coffee, so whole beans can't be used directly. To get the best flavour, we recommend freshly grounded beans. Check out our Aarke Coffee Grinder, which is designed to work perfectly with the Coffee Maker. The grinder automatically calculates the amount of beans to grind based on the water level in the tank, and the coffee maker adjusts for the perfect coffee temperature. How often should I descale my Aarke Coffee Maker?

We recommend descaling your coffee maker every 2 months, or more often, depending on how often you use it and the hardness of your water. If you live in an area with hard water or use your coffee maker frequently, descaling may be needed more often to maintain optimal performance. Descaling regularly helps ensure the longevity and efficiency of your coffee maker.

How do I know if descaling is necessary?

If the brewing cycle takes significantly longer or if the Coffee Maker spits, these are signs that descaling is necessary. If the coffee tastes bitter or unpleasant, we also recommend descaling the Coffee Maker. We have also built-in a descaling reminder on our product. Every 60th time you start the coffee maker the red light, on the front of the machine, will blink to remind you that descaling is needed. Descaling is important to keep the product performing well and lasting a long time. If it’s not a good time for you to start the descaling program, you can press the button again. The coffee maker will brew as usual and remind you again after another 60 brewing cycles.

How long is the warranty period for the Coffee Maker?

The warranty is 2 years. You can make it 5 years if you register your Coffee Maker for the Aarke Warranty within 2 years from purchase date here .

Coffee Maker Anatomy

Interchangeable Brewing Container

Brew into either a glass carafe, with a keep-warm hot plate function, or our Thermal Jug, which keeps your coffee warm without activating the hot plate, thus saving energy. The stainless-steel jug is sold separately.

Automatic Drip-Stop

A thoughtful feature located at the bottom of the filter basket, preventing coffee from flowing unless the carafe is in place. A mess-free brewing experience without accidental spills, making it easier to keep your coffee maker clean.

Smart Hot Plate

Engineered to avoid burnt notes, the hot plate adjusts the power depending on the water volume and gradually tapers down over 40 minutes. To save energy, it shuts off when the glass carafe is removed.

Descaling Program

After every 60 brewing cycles, the LED indicator will blink to remind you to run the descaling program. To do this, simply fill the water tank with a descaling solution, press and hold the button for 7 seconds.

Optional Blooming Mode

Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to start the program. When enabled, the coffee grinds are pre-soaked at the start of the brewing cycle to bring out their full flavor. This replication of barista pour-over technique allows the forming air bubbles to escape, allowing for more extraction and less sourness, where you wish to experiment with the roast.

Optimized Brewing

The water level sensor automatically adjusts the brewing process and maintains an optimal water temperature between 92°-96°C, based on the number of cups being brewed. This creates the perfect brewing conditions, guaranteeing fully extracted flavour, every time.

One Button Operation

Streamlined one-button design allows for effortless operation, ensuring you can brew the perfect cup of coffee without complicated settings or multiple steps.

Perfect and stunning!!

I just love my new coffeemaker. Tasty coffee and a perfect design!

Rekommenderar varmt!

Makes great coffee, is easy to use, and looks fantastic. I think it's going to be with me for a long time. Worth the price.

The best coffee machine I

The best coffee machine I have ever owned! Makes perfect coffee and looks great on the kitchen counter! I have bought the kettle, carbonator and now the coffee machine all in matte black. Great quality products and outstanding design!

Linnea–we're obsessed with this setup! And so happy to hear that our coffee system has enhanced your daily coffee routine. Thank you for sharing your positive feedback!

My Aarke family keeps growing

Loving the new Coffee Maker – the only one out there with an optional Thermal Jug and smart enough to pair with the Grinder. It grinds exactly what you need, based on the water you pour. And most importantly – it brews really good coffee. The Aarke Coffee System gets top marks from me.

Wow – what a sleek setup! We're so happy to hear you're loving your new Coffee Maker, especially with the Thermal Jug and smart Grinder pairing. Sounds like your Aarke family is thriving, and we’re totally here for it!

It’s super frustrating that the warming plate shuts off automatically after 40 minutes. Otherwise, it’s adequate.

The most beautiful coffee maker I’ve ever seen! And makes great coffee 😄 nice contact with customer service

Works perfectly, looks amazing, makes wonderful coffee.

Snygg detalj i köket.

It is useful and stylish, simply perfect

Very good quality , material and craftsmanship, functions well for the first month, price point is high.

The look of the coffee maker is very sleek and modern and really updates my kitchen . I also have the coffee bean grinder that attaches to the coffee maker. The whole process is very quick and makes excellent coffee whether with bean or ground coffee. The coffee is piping hot compared to my previous machine. It was quite a considered purchase but well worth the expense.
