Fizzology with Josephine Sondlo

At her new bar Afterglow at Erstagatan in Stockholm – situated right across the street from our old office – Josephine demonstrates how to take your home bar game to the next level. The recipes can be made either as cocktails or mocktails, with substitutes included in the description.

Yuzu Vain

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Aarke Yuzu Basil
  • 30 ml Milky oolong tea (or gin)
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 20 ml Sparkling water
  • 3 Basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Add Yuzu Basil, tea (or gin) and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake well.
  2. Strain and top with sparkling water.
  3. Top with sparkling water.
