The terms for purchase set out below shall in addition to AARKE’s ordinary Terms for Purchase and the Privacy Policy (together referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all Cylinder Loop orders placed by you with AARKE. Capitalised terms used in the Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below and as set out in AARKE’s ordinary Terms for Purchase.
By placing a Cylinder Loop order you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
Please note that the Cylinder Loop is currently only available for customers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
AARKE has created a service whereby you receive the following service related to purchases of CO2 cylinders in exchange for empty CO2 cylinders (the “Cylinder Loop”):
(a) AARKE ships CO2 cylinders with an exchange carton and return slip to you, and
(b) you attach the return slip provided onto the exchange carton, pack empty CO2 cylinders, and return the same to AARKE.
Please make your Cylinder Loop order via the Website. Create or log in to your account and follow the instructions.
Upon receipt of the ordered CO2 cylinders you are to return the same number of empty CO2 cylinders to AARKE. Such return is made by you by placing the same empty CO2 cylinders in the exchange carton that you received the ordered CO2 cylinders in, attach the return
slip onto the exchange carton and arrange shipment for the exchange carton back to AARKE as instructed.
Please note that such return to AARKE is to be made no later than within 14 days from your receipt of your Cylinder Loop order. In case such return is not made within the set time AARKE reserves the right to charge you for non-returned CO2 cylinders – at the price set out at the Website.
By creating an account with AARKE and by placing a Cylinder Loop order, as set out at the Website, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 years and that the information you provide AARKE is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in you not receiving your Cylinder Loop order and the immediate termination of your Cylinder Loop account.
To create an account for the Cylinder Loop you must supply AARKE with certain information relevant to verify any purchases made by you, including your credit card information, your billing address, and your shipping information. By providing such information you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use such credit card or other payment method chosen in connection with the account and that the information you supply to AARKE is true, correct and complete. Your credit card information will be stored by AARKE for future orders made under the Cylinder Loop.
AARKE reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel Cylinder Loop orders in AARKE’s sole discretion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
No membership fees will be charged under the Cylinder Loop. You only pay for the services and CO2 cylinders you order. Upon ordering CO2 cylinders under the Cylinder Loop you are also to return to AARKE the same number of empty CO2 cylinders, or otherwise AARKE reserves the right to collect payment for non-returned CO2 cylinders.
Under the Cylinder Loop, AARKE will employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and shipment of Cylinder Loop orders. By submitting your information, you grant AARKE the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to AARKE’s Privacy Policy.
In the event no purchases have been made by you within a reasonable time period, as determined by AARKE in its sole discretion, AARKE may inactivate your account and remove all personal data. A new account will need to be created to resume the services under the Cylinder Loop.
The ordinary right of withdrawal, as set out AARKE’s ordinary Terms for Purchase, apply to the Cylinder Loop orders, but AARKE will not accept a withdrawal of a Cylinder Loop order where the CO2 cylinder either is without seal or with broken seal upon return or otherwise not suitable for return due to health protection or health reasons.
