The fact that the filter granules are replaceable was one the primary reasons we bought our Aarke water jug and filter system. The sachets of granules fully charge the stainless steel filter. Although I can't say anything that demonstrates how effectively the filter is working but the water definitely tastes better. Great product and I've nothing good to say about it.

I spilled a few on my first fill but by the second one I figured just cutting off a corner was easier. I really like the fact that you can boil the filter weekly to get rid of any "nasties" that might have built up. Disposing of the granules is easy too. Glad I made the swap!

I’ve been using this water filter and its refill granules for a couple of years now, and I’m very happy with the quality.
