Does the Aarke Purifiers fit in a standard fridge/kitchen?

The standard fridge and kitchen counter spaces vary significantly in different markets. With the lid on, the Aarke Purifier is 27.5 cm high and 17.1 cm wide. With the lid on, the Aarke Purifier Large is 25 cm high and 21 cm wide. Please measure your fridge space to check if it will fit inside. Please note, that since it has a round base, the Aarke Purifier will not likely fit into the narrow fridge door storage space.

Should the Aarke Purifiers be kept in a refrigerator?

The Aarke Purifier does not have to be refrigerated, but should be stored in a cool place and be kept out of direct sunlight. The filtered water is intended for short-term use, no longer than 24 hours inside the Purifier.

Can I use the Aarke Purifiers with other Filter Refills than the Aarke filter refill granules?

No. The Aarke Purifiers is designed and engineered for filtrating water with the Aarke Filter Refill granules only.

How do I use the filter-change indicator in the lid?

The filter-change indicator is built as a calendar with the numbers representing every start of a month and the dots in between representing two weeks from the start of the last month. Depending on your preference, you can either use the filter-change indicator to show when you last refilled the Purifier with new granules or to show when to change the filter granules next time. To use the filter-change indicator in the lid of the Purifier, follow these steps: 1. Add fresh filter granules to the Purifier cartridge. 2. You then have two options: If you want the indicator to show when you last changed your granules, set the pointer to the closest calendar mark. For example, if you change the filter granules at the start of January, set the pointer to “1”, representing the start of January. If you want the indicator to show when you should change your granules next, set the pointer to 4 weeks from when you refill the Purifier add the new granules. For example, if you change the filter granules in the start of January, set the pointer to “2”, representing the start of February.

Customers praised this stylish stainless steel and glass water purifier for its "great quality" and improved water taste with noticeable limescale reduction. The thoughtful design includes a suction lid and filter reminder dial. However, some noted the filter cap fit could be better and water filters slowly. It's heavier than plastic alternatives.

Nice, plastic free design (week nearly plastic free), looking great and it's easy to handle. I simply love it.

Been using it for about five weeks and my kettle is not lined with white chemicals

Plastic-free, hurrah!

Excellent product - thank you!

We love our Aarke purifier. I would have given it a five-star rating, except that it pours so slowly.

Early days but so far so good…the larger size jug is a must-have…fewer refills and enough capacity for most needs.

Good quality

The best filter I've ever had

👏

Good product

Excellent water jug, changing granules no problem, results good clean water.

The water tastes great, it’s easy to use and very pretty.

Accurate pre delivery messaging

Second lot of granules ordered. Very happy with them, which reminds me, I need to change them!! 😃

I like the aarke system a lot. It's easy and seems cleaner than the more common plastic cartridges. Makes the water taste nice too!

Fantastic product. Best buy of 2026 so far.

I am quite happy with the purifier. The water tastes much better, and the electric kettle is now almost scale-free.
However, I have two reservations. Firstly, I would have designed the lid so that it covered the spout, preventing dust from falling into the vessel. Secondly, volume markings on the glass jug would have been very useful. Thanks

Very stylish water jug! very nice quality, although the screw cap for the filter could fit better.

Well made and stylish water filter jug. Great upgrade from the old Brita plastic jug. I particularly like the dial inside the lid which can be set to show the month when granules need to be replaced.

Definitely purify the water . It has a far better taste.

We love our Aarke water filter and thus the pure filter granules.

Just gives me the cleanest tasting water I have ever had.

Significant improvement in water taste.

It's a great piece of kit with one annoying niggle for something so expensive and otherwise well-designed. There's a little puddle of water that sits on top of the filter and a) doesn't seem very hygienic and b) spills out and can cause a mess when pouring water out.

Great product, a more expensive than the other leading brands but the elegance, cleanliness and functionality are far superior in my opinion having used it for 6 weeks now. Highly recommend

All good

Beautiful jug. Definitely go large or go home.

Aarke has the best water filter system I’ve found - the filter granules make lovely clean-tasting water from London tap water (which doesn’t taste nice straight from the tap). It even beats bottled water for taste.

Great water filter, easy to use to set up. I love the big clear glass jug.it looks stylish.

Easily put together with clear care instructions. Beautiful design. Water tastes great. My only disappointment was learning that there is plastic content in the filter granules. If Aarke could address this it would be even better!

Stylish and does a good job !

So far so good. Not been using the granules for long, but the water takes of nothing, as it should. So refreshing you want to drink more.

Great product

A beautiful and sturdy purifier. It looks good on the counter and is very simple to set up and use. The water tastes much nicer. There is a small plastic dial on the base of the lid which you can use to set a reminder for changing the granules. I have used it for a few months now and am very happy with the purchase.
